Using all 4 dimm slots

Those modules were working just fine before I removed them to test another RAM's, once I installed them back the problem happened. Now I'm using only 2x16GB single channel and I'm trying to find how to make it work again. Any modules used in slot #2,4 is working one or both, any modules installed to slot #1 or 3 never boots.
